As a graduate from Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM), I bring to my classes, experience, interaction and compassion.
Through my own experience of enjoying the benefits of meditation, I guide with a sense to connect all participants in their own journey. Whether visualisations, body awareness, body connection is your preference, my classes offer varied techniques to bring each person into a sense of relaxation.
My teacher qualification is fully accredited by Meditation Association of Australia (MAA) and International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT).
With over 10 years experience practising meditation and over 3 years teaching, it is my passion to help individuals on their meditation journey.
