Meditation Classes

This is a weekly class, for people wishing to learn how to relax even in busy times. Allow yourself this time to let go and learn how to apply meditation to your daily life.
Gillian's teaching methods are gentle, as she guides you through a full relaxation of the body and mind.

Like-minded Individuals
We often go through cycles of wanting to improve ourselves in some way. Whether it be going on a healthy diet, exercising more, studying more, being more productive in general.
Enthusiasm is great, but sometimes it soon fades, and you lack the initial enthusiasm.
This is where connecting with like-minded individuals in a group comes into play. Everyone has the same goal.
When you treat yourself to one hour out of your entire week to just YOU - the benefits can amplify!
The positivity of a group can alleviate the pressure we put on ourselves to sustain a goal.

Being a qualified Meditation Teacher, Gillian has a background of 10 years plus experience attending meditation groups. She has taught meditation groups for over 3 years and had some wonderful experiences along the way. She is fully insured by the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists). Her gentle teaching methods immediately put you at ease.
