Meditation and journaling can open you up to your inner world of creativity. There is an infinite source within you just waiting to be tapped into!
There is no need to be experienced at either meditation or writing to attend. An open mind is the best preparation. Learn the basics and discover how people who think they aren't creative or able to meditate can do so with gentle guidance.
- If you are already a writer, the benefits of meditation can support the creative process by opening up to possibilities, otherwise left untapped.
- If you practise meditation and want to record your experiences in a creative way, then writing is the next step to the flow.

-Learn simple techniques to help you relax, whilst still alert, yet calm.
-Learn how to steal moments for yourself in between all the hats you wear (Mum/Wife/Friend/Partner)
-Falling asleep may elude you even if you are exhausted - learn techniques to calm you before sleep.
-If you feel ‘spaced out’ at times, learn how to ground yourself and avoid that ‘off with the fairies’ feeling.
-Learning how to protect your energy can save yourself from feeling drained in the company of others.
This course is a ‘must have’ for everyone, especially Mums. Learning the gentle art of meditation will benefit you in more ways than you can imagine and it is something you can incorporate into your life from this point onwards.
Meditation is beneficial for children too, so passing on your skills can benefit the whole family.
If there is one thing you need to invest in, it is yourself.
