I've experienced meditation for over 10 years, having attended weekly groups and thoroughly enjoyed every class.
I meditate on a daily basis and have taught meditation for 3 years. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, and a passionate writer, having published 3 adult novels and 6 books for children. To further enhance my teaching, I am currently studying meditation.
I was encouraged to start meditation by a friend all those years ago, as a means to have some ME time and I have never looked back!
I treat my meditation time as a priority. A daily morning meditation sets me up for a positive day.
An evening meditation is relaxing and a great way to wind down.
