Meditation Classes
Term 2
24th April to 12th June - 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Venue: Wesley Church, 32 Showground Road, Castle Hill
The meditation class is held in a cosy room, well suited to spend an hour of relaxation. For your comfort, there is heating and cooling. Plenty of free parking on site.

If you prepay for the term (8 classes for $200)

Why attend weekly classes?
Weekly classes support consistency. Consistency is what makes your meditation practice more beneficial and allows the benefits to flow into your life.
Scheduled weekly classes allow you to learn how to relax even in busy times - and when you allocate a set time, this will support your goal to meditate regularly.
The teaching methods are gentle, as you are guided through a full relaxation of the body and mind.

Terms and Conditions
Classes run on a school term basis.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class to settle in. Once meditation class has started, there will be no entry to the class for late comers.
If a class can't be run due to unforeseen circumstances, then a makeup session may be organised or a meditation recording may be sent.
Bookings to be made by emailing Meditation Plus directly or via the Contact form.

*Meditation recording* is a pre-recorded meditation by the teacher sent directly to the participant via email or Dropbox.
